Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Adantra Leathers. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Descriptions

We manufacture leather jackets and related products. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and specifications. Because genuine leather is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, markings, and color may occur and are not necessarily defects.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, promotions, and product information may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel orders where necessary.

Orders and Payment

An order is subject to acceptance and payment authorization. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process an order.

Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and may be affected by destination, customs, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following appropriate care instructions for leather products. Improper care, misuse, alterations, or normal wear may affect eligibility for returns or claims.
