Return & Refund Policy

At Adantra Leathers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return or refund.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at adantraleather@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the approved refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the return has been approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at adantraleather@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide appropriate instructions.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, your order may have entered production or processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
