Shipping policy details
1. Processing (crafting) time
Each order is handcrafted and prepared within 1–5 business days after it is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping time
After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 4–7 days. In total, most orders arrive within 5–12 days of being placed.
3. Worldwide delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Customs & import duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Delivery delays
